- System roles: Administrator, Member and Viewer
- Custom roles built by an organisation administrator, on Pro and On-Premise
- Separate permissions to view, create, edit and delete
- Only Administrator and Member are paid; viewers and guests are free
Isolated organisations
Organisations do not overlap at the data level. That matters to a contractor with several clients and to a company whose departments must not see each other's projects.
- One organisation's data is not reachable from another
- A person can belong to several organisations and switch between them
- Projects, cases, runs and reports live inside their organisation
